• Live arrival is not guaranteed if you fail to pick-up the birds immediately upon arrival.
• Absolutely no exchanges or refunds.
• All sales are final on pick-up or delivery.
• We have no control over the birds after leaving our facility.
• We will not be responsible for any problems not apparent at the time of pick-up or delivery.
• Not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Sexing:

• If sexing is required, add $35.00 per bird. If veterinary certificate is required add $35.00 per bird.
